Press / Business contact:
Nurium Games is a one-person company started by me, Fèlix Casablancas, and it is based in Barcelona, Spain. My objective is to create original and addictive games.
This passion of mine started when I was 11 or 12. The moment I laid hands on a computer, a Spectrum ZX Sinclair, it was crystal clear: I wanted to create video games. Or at least, have a career in something related to computers.
After years of working as an IT consultant, I decided to leave my job to develop BreakQuest. Launched in 2004, the game went on to gain recognition in the world of independent games. It was eventually ported to Mac and PSP. The PC version has been free since 2016.
One night, around ten years ago while I was in the midst of developing another game that never saw the light of day, I came up with the idea of Messy Paths. I felt that it was a game that had to be developed and I knew I was capable of doing it. But I was busy at the time and couldn't. I've since spent the past four years developing Messy Paths on a part time basis.
